Many people in Jakarta blamed the DKI Jakarta’s Governor at damn night, October 25 2010. Is it fair to blame Foke who is reputed fail to change Jakarta? However, our capital represents our failure to build a shining civilation in early millinnium. Why? I think because we’re late to give the best education for people. What is the essence of managing waste well? Now, we’re really late. I hope other cities in Indonesia learn from Jakarta. Sad 
I wanna take an analogy that I learn in college, To build an information system, we can’t ignore people. At least, we have to handle technology, process, and people. Training or teaching the users is important stage. The goal is to ensure users will understand the importance of the system and how to treat it. If we forget it all, our system is gonna be useless and ineffective.
